Hall of Fame
A four-year center-fielder, Mercer set school records for games played (153), batting average (.340), slugging percentage (.513), runs (128), hits (169), doubles (37), homers (9), total bases (255), walks (44), and stolen bases (52) -- six of which still stood at the time of her induction. He also was the holder of single-season marks for games played (41), runs (37), and doubles (15). She was only one of three Fredonia regulars to have an errorless season. She captained the Blue Devils both her junior and senior seasons, participated in two SUNYAC Tournaments, and was all-conference twice and ECAC Upstate once.
