(Single session cost is $3 to all non-members).Ā

Essential Information about Open Swim
- Open Swim is available to all SUNY Fredonia students as it is supported by Student Services Fees.
- All patrons must present a photo ID and be signed in by a lifeguard at the Natatorium's front desk.Ā
- The facility opens 10 minutes prior to each session to allow patrons time to change.
- The facility closes 10 minutes after each session. All patrons must be out of the facility by then.
- Entering the water before the scheduled start time or without a lifeguard present is prohibited.
- Use of the diving well and divingĀ boards is prohibited.
- Use of the starting blocks is prohibited.
- Lane lines are left in place during Open Swim.
- Personal items, including locks left on lockers, left in the facility overnight are subject to removal.Ā
- There are no open sessions on dates the Fredonia State swimming & diving team has a home meet. Click HEREĀ or HEREĀ to see the team schedules.
- Additional pool closures will be publicized, as needed.
About our Lifeguard Staff
- SUNY Fredonia lifeguards are on duty whenever the pool is in use to ensure safe conduct and prompt emergency response.
- Cooperation with the lifeguard staff and safety procedures is required of all patrons.
- All of our lifeguards are SUNY Fredonia students. Hours of Operation are planned around their class schedules and the academic calendar and are subject to change.
