- There are no Open Swim times throughout the summer.

Open gym times vary by day, date, location, and season. Please check any Blue View screens for an overview of what is booked, or reach out to
athletics@fredonia.edu if you would like to reserve space.
When an intercollegiate sport, intramural sport, club sport, or other rental is not using the space, access to the Athletics & Recreation spaces are outlined below:
Monday-Thursday: 8am-10pm
Friday: 8am-8pm
Saturday: 10am-7pm
Sunday: 1-7pm

- For student groups looking to reserve a space, please contact athletics@fredonia.edu to begin the process.
- For availability and staffing purposes, a minimum of one-week lead time is required.
- Please keep the building hours in mind when requesting a space, and know that all rentals will end 30 minutes prior to the closing times listed above, unless otherwise discussed.
- These buildings may have limited hours around holiday breaks and campus closures.

INFORMATION FOR USE
- Unless otherwise noted, access to Fredonia State Department of Athletics & Recreation locations are available for use to all current semester registered students without any holds on account.
- Locations in this area may have specific membership fees or requirements for individuals other than students. Please refer to the appropriate pages for more information, if needed.
- Given the size and layout of campus, the Fredonia State Department of Athletics & Recreation is not able to monitor all locations 24/7. Please proceed with care, and adhere to all cautionary signs that may be available.
RENTAL PROCEDURE AND FEES
- For student groups:
- Please contact athletics@fredonia.edu to begin the process.
- Bookings can begin for verified student association groups.
- For availability and staffing purposes, a minimum of one-week lead time is required.
- Please keep the building hours in mind when requesting a space, and know that all rentals will end 30 minutes prior to the closing times listed above, unless otherwise discussed.
- There may be fees associated with the rental and use of these locations.
- These locations may have limited hours around holiday breaks and campus closures.
- For community groups:
- Please contact athletics@fredonia.edu to begin the process.
- There is a SUNY process that needs to be followed, which requires a permit with Notary signature, and a certificate of insurance.
- For reservations that involve minor children (aged 17 and younger), there are additional SUNY Child Protection Policy requirements that need to be met before a booking can occur.
- For availability and staffing purposes, a minimum of two-weeks lead time is required.
- Please keep the building hours in mind when requesting a space, and know that all rentals will end 30 minutes prior to the closing times listed above, unless otherwise discussed.
- There will be fees associated with the rental and use of these locations.
