FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State softball team released it 2025 schedule. The team will again open play in Florida with a 12-game swing. The southern schedule with opponents is expected out around late December as the Devils will play teams from all over the northeast and central United States. The team will then have 14 doubleheaders to round out the season.

After a pair of non-confernece games at Geneseo and Hilbert, the home opener is expected to be April 4th vs. Morrisville, who joins the SUNYAC this year. SUNY Canton has also joined the conference this season, and the Devils will take their first-ever trip to play the Roos on April 19. Brockport and Geneseo do remain on the schedule, however, they have exited the SUNYAC for the Empire 8 conference and will not be considered conference games. Nazareth and Rochester are the team's other non-conference games.

The SUNYAC Tournament begins May 8th and will feature six teams competing over a four-day period to crown the champions. Thes Devils were the No. 5 seed this past season.
