BROCKPORT, N.Y. -- Neither Fredonia State nor Brockport could produce a goal in a 0-0 draw in women's soccer action on Tuesday. Brockport held a 21-9 advantage in shots on goal, but the stingy Blue Devil defense would not break, led by goalie Abby Szymkowiak who made 13 stops.

Cameryn Childs and Carissa Champion split time in goal for the Golden Eagles, earning the combined shutout with three saves. 

Gabby Irwin and Bronwyn Madden each had four shots and one shot on goal for Fredonia State.

The Devils' record now stands at 2-4-3, while Brockport moves to 4-0-1.

The Devils are home this Saturday when they take on the Canton Roos in SUNYAC action.
