ROCHESTER, N.Y. --Â The Fredonia State women's volleyball team came up short against St. John Fisher, dropping the match in three sets (25-17, 25-16, 25-17). Â
Fredonia was led offensively by
Kylie O'Brien, who tallied a team-high six kills to go along with three digs.
Donnilynn Sheldon and
Maeve Musielak each added three kills, while
Emma Foley chipped in two kills and a solo block.
Kailea Sullivan anchored the defense for the Devils with a team-high eight digs, while
Payton Stoddard added six.
Reilly Morrow directed the offense for the Cardinals finishing the night with 24 assists while Kaylene Noble had a game high 10 kills.
The Devils drop to (2-8) and will return to the court on Saturday, September 20th to take part in the Buffalo State Bengal Challenge, with matches against Geneseo at 11:00 a.m. and Alfred State at 3:00 p.m.Â
