BOXSCORE FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to Brockport on Saturday. No. 1 singles Lucy Prevet claimed the lone win for the Devils.

Prevet won the first set 6-2, and was trailing in the second set, 3-2, before Olivia Raschiatore retired. In No. 2 singles, Gabriella Farr won the first set 6-2, before dropping the second set 5-7, and the tiebreaker, 0-3.

No.2 doubles fell just short, losing 7-6.  Farr and Amelia Stathatos gave a strong effort.

No. 3 doubles of Solazzo and Rodriguez fell 1-6

The Devils will head to Alfred University on Wednesday.
