FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State tennis team opens its 2025 campaign on Saturday when they play host to Brockport at the Steele Hall tennis courts. The team was picked to finish sixth in the poll of SUNYAC coaches, announced today.

Head coach Jane Gens will have four returnees among the seven players on the roster. Former All Conference selection and Fredonia native Lucy Prevet, a junior, heads the list. Fellow junior Gabriella Farr is the only other upperclassman. Sophomores Mykala Rodriguez and Claire LeFevre bring experience. New players include Allison Bartoszek, a sophomore and track athlete, and freshmen Emily Solazzo and Amelia Stathatos.
