CORTLAND, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State women's soccer team was picked for a fourth-place finish in the 2025 poll of SUNYAC coaches, as announced by the conference. The Devils finished fourth last season, and won their home playoff game before falling to eventual SUNYAC champion New Paltz.

The Devil kick the season off this weekend, traveling to the West Coast to take on a pair of California schools, Cal Lutheran and Occidental. Last season saw the team take a pre-season trip to Europe to kick off its season while finishing with a 12-8 mark.
