NEW ORLEANS – All-Academic Teams for the 2025 NCAA Division III Women's Track & Field seasons were announced on Monday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). The Fredonia State women's team was recognized, and Cara Pellechia was individually honored.

Teams must maintain a 3.10 GPA, while individuals need a 3.30 GPA and must rank in the Top 50 in their events.

The team had a 3.35 GPA, while Pellechia easily cleared the mark with a 3.95 average in Speech Pathology/Communication Disorders. Pellechia was previously named the Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year for both Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field, and earned her second-consecutive Fredonia State Female Athlete of the Year award on the strength of her first-place finishes in the SUNYAC in both the indoor and outdoor pole vault.
