FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Chatham scored four times in the first period to take a 4-1 lead into the intermission, en route to a 6-1 victory over the Fredonia State men's hockey team. Chatham (4-0) completed the weekend sweep of the Devils, who are still looking for their first victory at 0-5.
Cash Anderson scored the Devils' lone goal, with an assist from
Owen Arnold.
Jameson Kaine took the loss in goal, giving up five goals with 16 saves in two periods.
Jake Williams finished the game, giving up one goal on five shots in the third period.
Cameron Kuntar made 38 saves for Chatham.
The Devils head to Morrisville and Cortland next weekend to begin SUNYAC play.
