ONEONTA, N.Y. -- Keenan Roberts Jr. made a layup in the closing seconds of regulation, and the Devils held a brief lead in overtime before dropping a 75-73 contest at Oneonta. David Jordan led the Devils with 18 points including 5-10 from three-point range. Brandon Kulakowski added 16 points and 12 rebounds, and Kai Woods had 13 points and 11 boards.

Oneonta was led by Xavier Hill with 20 points. The Red Dragons were aided by 44 trips to the free-throw line

Fredonia State falls to 0-2 in the SUNYAC and 1-6 overall. Oneonta improves to 2-1 in conference play and 5-3 overall.

The Devils play host to Houghton College in Dods Hall on Thursday.
