ERIE, PA. -- The Fredonia State volleyball team dropped a pair of non-conference matches Saturday against Grove City and Westminster. In both matches, the Devils would lose 3-0.
Game 1 vs. Grove City
Molly Cassidy would have a game high 28 assists, with
Emma Foley,
Kylie O'Brien and
Gabrielle Sordetto leading the Devils in kills with eight. Sordetto would add two aces.
Elora Sherman had 13 digs.
Game 2 vs. Westminster
O'Brien led Fredonia State in kills with 10, and Sherman and
Kailea Sullivan added 10 digs apiece. Cassidy had 13 assists with
Cayla Partsch leading the team with two blocks.
The Devils return to the court Friday September, 15th and will take on Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa. with a scheduled 7:00 p.m. start.
