NEW YORK CITY -- The Fredonia State men's track and field team wrapped up its indoor season at the AARTF Meet at The Armory on Saturday. Four athletes competed, with
Toby Onuoha and
Josh Walters earning ninth-place finishes, and
Patrick Klinger joining the Fredonia State Top 10 list.
Walters finished ninth in the 800m in a field of 35 competitors in a time of 1:56.61 The winning time for Jon Diaz of NYU was 1:55.14.
800m RESULTS
Onuoha turned in a ninth-place finish in the triple jump with a distance of 13.37m (43-10.50). Amarian Hughs of Cortland won the event with a distance of 13.37m (48-07.25).
TRIPLE JUMP RESULTS
Klinger finished the mile in a lifetime best of 4:21.63. His time also ranked eighth on the all-time Fredoia State list. Ezra Ruggles of Geneseo turned in the top time with 4:06.03.
MILE RESULTS
Nick Abdo finished 35th in the 200m in 23.24 seconds. The winning time of the event was 21.60. He did not qualify for the finals of the 60m after a 7.19 in the prelims.
