POTSDAM, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State women's volleyball team secured a victory in North country on Friday, defeating the Potsdam Bears by a score of 3-1. Potsdam would win the first set 25-19 but the Devils would win the next two sets, 25-20 and 26-24. In the final set, Fredonia State would cruise, winning 25-15.
Erin Callahan would lead the devils in kills with 13 while
Kylie O'Brien adding 12 and
Gabrielle Sordetto with 10. O'Brien would tie for a game high in aces with 4 and
Molly Cassidy had a game high 42 assists.
Elora Sherman would have 18 digs.
The Devils will remain on the road as they travel to play the Plattsburgh Cardinals on Saturday, October 28th at 1:00 PM.
