Devils fall to Geneseo

BOXSCORE FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State tennis team fell to SUNY Geneseo, 9-0, on Wednesday night. This was the teams second SUNYAC contest, as they fell to 0-3 overall and 0-2 in the SUNYAC.

In singles, Lexi Hawley recorded three points against Kate Kujawa (1-6, 2-6), Bella Surma recorded two points against Alex Galle (1-6, 1-6), Violet Hess recorded one point against Abby Rockwood (1-6, 0-6), Brianna Gentile recorded one point against Julia Paolino (1-6, 0-6), Caitlin Snyder recorded one point against Kylie Seiler (0-6, 1-6), and T'Kaia Parker recorded one point against Alexandra Suslan (0-6, 1-6).

The Devils fell short in all three doubles, as Surma and Snyder fell 1-8, Gentile and Hess fell 2-8, and Hawley and Parker lost 0-8.

The team is back in action on Friday, away at Grove City.
