DAYTONA BEACH, FLA -- The Fredonia State Cheerleading team competed in Day 1 of the Preliminary Competition at the NCA & NDA College National Championships in Daytona Beach Florida on Thursday. The Fredonia State Blue Devils entered round one in the Intermediate All Girl D3 Division at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach.

The team is holding their own in the middle of the pack at their first appearance at NCA Nationals. The will enter the final round on Friday April 8th in 10th place, out of 17, hoping to move up the ranks.  

They competed against Olivet College, Buena Vista University, Eastern Conneticut State University, Muskingum University, Worcester State University, Transylvania University, Adrian College, New York University, Curry College, Worcester Poly Tech Institute, Buffalo State College, Keene State College, The University of Massachusetts-Boston, Salisbury University, Fitchburg State University, and Bridgewater State University.
