FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State women's lacrosse team fell to New Paltz, 17-6, on Saturday.
Tessa Brady and
Audrey Brown scored first-half goals for the Devils, who trailed 12-2 at the break.
The third quarter saw
Erin Woods and
Julie Culver score. Woods added two more scores in the fourth. Culver had a pair of assists.
Emily Carr made 15 saves for Fredonia State.
Kaitlyn Shaw had six goals for New Paltz.
The Devils fall to 1-11 and 0-5 in the SUNYAC. New Paltz stands at 4-7 and 2-4 in the conference.
