OSWEGO, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State women's lacrosse team dropped a 19-4 game at Oswego on Saturday. Tied 2-2 in the first quarter, Oswego would run off 10 straight scores to take a commanding lead.

For Fredonia State, Makayalla Farino, Audrey Brown, Tessa Brady, and Julie Culver registered goals. Emily Carr made 18 saves in the loss.

Sela Wiley and Shae McConnell scored five goals apiece for the Lakers.

Oswego improved its record to 2-6, while the Devils fell to 0-6 on the season. It was the SUNYAC opener for both teams.

The Devils travel to Plattsburgh next Saturday.
