FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State women's volleyball team took advantage of the
Friendly Confines of Dods Hall, downing the visiting Hilbert Hawks, three sets to zero, on Tuesday evening. The Devils took the match by scores of 25-11, 25-14, and 25-18.
Gabrielle Sordetto led the offense with 15 kills.
Kourtney Krchniak had five aces to go along with her 17 assists.
Krchniak also led the defense, collecting 14 digs.
Elora Sherman had 14 digs and
Kailea Sullivan had 11 digs.
Jena Revak led Hilbert (4-12) with seven kills and Ashley Paige had seven assists and 10 digs.
Fredonia State improves to 2-14. The Devils are back in Dods Hall Friday vs. Potsdam and Saturday vs. Plattsburgh.
