FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State volleyball team collected its second conference win this season defeating Oswego three sets to two. After winning the first two sets, the Devils dropped the next two before taking the tiebreaker, 15-10.
"I'm proud of how our team handled adversity tonight," said head coach
Geoff Braun. In the final set, the Devils went up 6-0 before finishing the night with the win.
Brinn Shaughnessy led the Devils with 13 kills and
Emily Jones had nine.
Kourtney Krchniak had 32 assists and three aces.
Taylor Beck also had three aces.
Selena Brown led the defense with six blocks, and Shaughnessy had 17 digs.
The Devils are back in action on Saturday when they play host to Cortland in a 1 p.m. match.
