FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Tied 1-1 after two periods, Brockport outscored the visiting Blue Devils, 3-1, in the third. Ethan Kirbis and Jake Blackwell provided the goals for Fredonia State.

Ryan Romeo of Brockport scored the only goal of the first period, his score coming in the final minute.

Fredonia State evened things early in the second. Kirbis scored from Matt Letmanski.

The third period saw a pair of Brockport goals to give them a 3-1 lead.

Blackwell's score for the Devils came with 7:36 left to play. David Sudbrink assisted to bring the Devils to within a goal, 3-2.

Brockport's final goal came with 1:08 left in regulation into an empty net after Fredonia State pulled its goalie.

Logan Dyck got the start in goal for the Devils. He made 23 saves, giving up three scores (.885 save percentage). Nolan Egbert had 30 saves and gave up two goals (.938) for Brockport. 

The Devils fall to 4-5-1 overall and 2-3-0 in the SUNYAC. Brockport moves to 8-3-0  and 4-2-0.

The Devils wrap up the first semester with a trip to Cortland next Saturday.
