BOXSCORE 1 | BOXSCORE 2 ERIE, PA -- Emily Jones (Plainfield, Ill / Joliet Catholic) was named to the All Tournament Team as the Devils finished a 1-3 weekend in women's volleyball action at the Penn State Behrend Invitational. On Saturday, they dropped three straight sets to Westminster, then fell 3-1 to Defiance.

The Titans prevailed by scores of 25-17, 28-26, and 25-23.

Emily Leone (LeRoy, N.Y. / LeRoy) and Makenna Kallin (Owego, N.Y. / Owego) led the way with 11 and 10 kills, respectively. Kourtney Krchniak (Lockport, N.Y / Lockport) had 38 assists and Seirra Keim (Shinglehouse, Pa. / Portville) had 27 digs. Fredonia State managed only two blocks and did not record a service ace.

Defiance dropped the Devils 25-19, 25-21, 23-25, and 25-22.

Emma Booth (Hamburg, N.Y / Frontier) recorded 18 kills and four service aces. Brinn Shaughnessy (Apalachin, N.Y. / Owego) added 10 kills and Krchniak had 40 assists. Keim led the team with 15 digs and Selena Brown (South Ozone Park, N.Y / Hillcrest) had seven blocks.

The Devils fall to 2-6. Their' home opener is on Wednesday when they take on Penn State Behrend.
