ENGLEWOOD, FLA -- The Blue Devils were unable to match the Pioneers offense in the second half, losing 21-13 in their first game of three in Florida this week.  Fredonia finished the first half down just three goals but was outscored 11-6 in the second half.   

Senior Jen Kershner (Liverpool, N.Y. / Liverpool) scored a pair of goals and added an assist in her first game this season after missing the start of this season and a most of last season due to injury.

Alli Coon (Livonia, N.Y. / Livonia) and Madeline Haney (Macedon, N.Y. / Victor) now share the team high in goals with 11 after scoring four and two, respectfully, on Monday.

Kayla Purcell (Webster, N.Y. / Webster-Schroeder) and Alyssa Kissel (North Tonawanda, N.Y. / North Tonawanda) each netted a pair and freshman Cassie White (Rochester, N.Y. / Irondequoit) added a goal and an assist.

Bridget Carrie (Rochester, N.Y. / Greece-Arcadia) stopped five shots in net.

The Blue Devils will have a day off tomorrow and play Gordon College Wednesday afternoon at 1 PM.
