ALLIANCE, Ohio -- The Blue Devils got all they can handle in their season opener 20-3 loss against Mount Union on Saturday.

The Raiders scored 14 unanswered goals to begin the game until freshman Alyssa Kissel (North Tonawanda, N.Y. / North Tonawanda) found the back of the net to stop the run and score her first collegiate goal.

Fredonia's other goals came in the first five minutes of the second half -- the first coming off a free position shot from Madeline Haney (Macedon, N.Y. / Victor) and the second just over a minute later from junior Morgan Sinclair (Rochester, N.Y. / Greece Odyssey) off a pass from freshman Natalie Prims (North Tonawanda, N.Y. / North Tonawanda). That is Sinclair's first collegiate goal and Prims first collegiate assist.

The Blue Devils will finish their Ohio trip tomorrow afternoon when they will face off against Denison College.  The match is set to begin at 1 pm.
