FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Fredonia men's soccer fell to Buffalo State, 4-0, in SUNYAC action Saturday afternoon.
Theo Pencic scored the first three goals for the Bengals and Nemanja Simic added insurance for the Bengals (7-3-2 overall, 2-2-1 SUNYAC). Andreas Queen made three saves to earn the shutout.
The Blue Devils (4-7-1 overall, 1-4-0 SUNYAC) had seven shots, led by two each by sophomore
Jackson Retzer (East Amherste, N.Y./Williamsville North) and junior
Conrad Rathbun (Naples, N.Y./Naples).
Buffalo State earned two Battle By The Lake points for the win. Couple with a 1-0 women's soccer win Saturday by the Bengals, Buffalo State has a 4-2 lead in the Cup standings.
