                     FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Fredonia improved to 5-1 with a 9-0 women's tennis win Wednesday over Thiel at the Steele Hall courts.
Among the winners were 
Olivia Miller and 
Sarah Bunk, who improved to 6-0 at No. 2 and No. 3 singles, respectively. 
Chloe Karnisky improved to 4-0 at No. 4. Also, 
Christy May won her first collegiate match with a win at No. 6 singles.
Anna Chiacchia improved to 4-2 and 
Adriana Speach to 4-1 at No. 1 and No. 5 singles, respectively.
In doubles, Bunk and 
Adriana Speach moved to 5-0 at the No. 2 spot, while Miller and 
Anna Chiacchia improved to 4-2 at No. 1. The No. 3 doubles team of 
Avril King and 
Mallory Mecca moved to 3-1 on the season.
The Blue Devils have two matches this weekend. They'll visit Oswego State for a SUNYAC match on Saturday before returning home to take on Elmira at 1 p.m. Sunday.
