BROCKPORT, N.Y. -- The Fredonia women's lacrosse team dropped its contest against the Brockport Golden Eagles, 18-8, Tuesday evening.
Senior
Katie Miller (Hamburg, N.Y./ Hamburg) had three goals and one assist for the Blue Devils while
Audrey Yokopovich (Webster, N.Y./Webster Thomas) netted two goals.
Jade Williams (Tully, N.Y./Lafayette),
Samantha Spiess (Fairport, N.Y./Penfield), and
Madeline Haney (Macedon, N.Y./Victor) each scored one goal apiece.
Heather Conklin buried four goals on six shots and Sara Shaddock picked up the win in net for Brockport.
Brockport improves to 9-1 overall and 3-0 in SUNYAC play.
The loss drops Fredonia's overall record to 2-10 and 1-3 in the conference. The Blue Devils are back in action this Friday, April 14th, as they play host to Oswego State.
