ROCHESTER, N.Y. --
Christian Krasnek (Springville, N.Y. / Springville Griffith Institute) won off both boards when the Fredonia men's swimming and diving teams competed in a tri-meet at the University of Rochester, along with Alfred University, on Saturday.
Krasnek won the 1-meter board with a score of 262.30. Runner-up Steven Savchik of Rochester turned in a score of 249.00.
Off the 3-meter board, Krasnek scored a 305.00, easily outdistancing Savchik's 247.90.
Bill Bradley (Dunkirk, N.Y. / Dunkirk) was second in the 100-yard freestyle in a time of 50.26, and third in the 100-yard butterfly in 54.52 seconds.
Graham Jones (Tonawanda, N.Y. / Kenmore Eas
) turned in a pair of thirds. He finished with a time of 10:36.7 in the 1,000-yard freestyle, and 5:03.45 in the 500-yard free.
The Devils play host to Nazareth next Saturday in the team's first home meet of the season.
