BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The Fredonia women's volleyball team handed Medaille a 3-0 loss in Buffalo on Tuesday. The Devils swept the Mavericks 25-22, 26-24 and 25-14 to improve to 10-6 on the season.

Kristen Stanek (Hamburg, N.Y. / Orchard Park) paced the Blue Devils with 13 kills and a pair of aces. Jane Garrity (Victor, N.Y. / Victor) had 11 kills and four blocks. Amanda Mosack (Webster, N.Y. / Webster Schroeder) had 31 assists and Rachel Aiello (Baldwinsville, N.Y. / C.W. Baker) had 12 digs.

Medaille falls to 3-13.

The Blue Devils are back in action on Friday with matches against Hilbert College at 5:00 p.m. and John Carroll University at 7:00 p.m. as part of the Blue Devil Invitational. RIT and Buffalo State are also taking part in the two-day invite.
