Devils fall to Brockport in series opener

BROCKPORT, N.Y. -- Brockport claimed an 11-6 victory over the Devils in the series opener on Friday. The Devils banged out 13 hits, but were slowed by three Brockport double plays. 

Quinn Danahy had three hits, while Alexio Medina, Joshua Crocetti and Kevin Yirinec had two hits apiece.

Fredonia falls to 15-16 overall. Brockport improves to 17-14. The series continues with a doubleheader on Saturday.
