AUBURNDALE, FL -- The Fredonia baseball team dropped a pair of games, 3-0 and 17-4, to Union College on Tuesday.
The Devils (8-6) eeked out three hits in Game 1.
Kyle Sherman,
Ciro Frontale and
Quinn Danahy all had safeties. Freshman
Ben Atkinson took the loss, going 3 2/3 innings and giving up three runs.
Zach Lyman finished in relief, allowing no runs over 2 1/3 innings.
In Game 2, Fredonia had a pair of hits from
Dan Cecilia and
Liam Kelly among their eight hits. Starting pitcher
Carl Wolf took the loss.
The Devils wrap up their trip on Wednesday with a 9 a.m. contest vs. Salve Regina.
