FREDONIA, N.Y. -- A 7-2 home women's tennis win Thursday night over D'Youville lifted Fredonia to the .500 mark this season.
Nine different players were victorious for the Blue Devils, who improved to 4-4.
Olivia Miller (Springwater, N.Y.),
Chloe Cohen (West Hempstead, N.Y.),
Halee Dickinson (Brockport, N.Y.),
Chloe Karnisky (Canandaigua, N.Y.), and
Leanne Hofstead (Liverpool, N.Y.) were singles winners.
Doubles winners were the tandems of
Samantha Pedneault (East Moriches, N.Y.) and
Julia Taboni (Depew, N.Y.), and
Christine Thomas (Ransomville, N.Y.) and
Phoebe Langdon (Syracuse, N.Y.).
The loss dropped D'Youville to 0-10.
Fredonia is back in action Friday at Pitt-Braford, followed by a trip Saturday to Medaille.
