Griffin Green was named Assistant Hockey Coach at Fredonia State prior to the start of the 2025-2026 season. He joins the Blue Devils after finishing his collegiate playing career at Nazareth University.Â
Green played 84 Division III games over four seasons with Nazareth in the United Collegiate Hockey Conference. He was a part of Nazareth's greatest season with a 18-8-2 record and a Conference Finals appearance in 2023. That was the first time in program history a team has made it to the Conference Finals.Â
Awarded the Golden Flyer Award after the 2025 season voted on amongst the players. This award exemplifies the dedication and work ethic of what it takes on and off the ice to be a college hockey player.Â
Green worked alongside NHL Skills Coach and Stanley Cup Champion Paul Vincent at his power skating and skills camp in the summer of 2025 and continues to work with the coaching staff from camp.Â
