Madison Szpaicher joined the women's volleyball coaching staff prior the the 2018 season.

She is a 2016 graduate of Alfred State, where she played four seasons as a setter and an opposite hitter. She was a Sport Management/Accounting major.

She attended Ellicottville (N.Y.) High School, where she was a member of the 2012 New York State Public High School Athletic Association Class D champs.

She has served as a coach with the Niagara Frontier Volleyball Club and as a graduate assistant with the Buffalo Bills.
