2019-20: Smith qualified for the 2020 SUNYAC Championship in the 1 meter dive in the 2019-20 season where she finished 11th with a total score of 358.75.

Before Fredonia State: High school coaches were Noelle Haney (swimming) and Marsha Kenealy (diving) ... member of the track & field team.

Personal: Full name is Tess Elaine Smith ... parents are Donna and Kory Smith ... has three siblings: Tate, Taci, and Trey.
