Nick Abdo joins the Fredonia State Cross Country and Track & Field coaching staffs as the Sprints/Hurdles/Jumps coach for the 2023-2024 season. As a 2023 graduate of Fredonia State with a degree in Business Administration, Abdo set school records in the 200m and 400m indoors as well as entering the all-time top 10 list in multiple other events. He also earned multiple First-Team All-SUNYAC distinctions as well as multiple All-Region honors.
Abdo has done volunteer coaching at his high school, Springville-Griffith Institute, as well as coaching at the USATF Club level with the Chautauqua Striders. He looks to make an impact at Fredonia State for years to come.
