After graduating from Fredonia State in 2018, Ryan Ross moved from player to sideline as an assistant Coach for the men’s soccer program that fall.
 
He started working with the Athletic Department in 2016 as a student assistant for the women’s lacrosse team and as a game-day coordinator and equipment management.  His assistant coaching duties included becoming the game-day coordinator for the men’s hockey, and the men’s and women’s basketball programs. 

Ross has interned with FC Buffalo as an assistant game-day coordinator/promoter in the summer of 2018, along with assisting in large scale events such as the NHL Combine, the Buffalo Bills 5k, and the Corporate Challenge road race. He also worked with IMPACT Sports and Performance during the summer of 2017. In addition, Ross volunteered with the Buffalo Beauts in the summer of 2016 as a ticket seller and an assistant game-day coordinator. 

Holder of a a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a minor in Coaching, Ross is pursuing athletic equipment management certification from the Athletic Equipment Management Association.
