Matt Palisin was hired as the Sports Information Director in the fall of 2021, replacing long-time SID, Jerry Reilly. Palisin had served the previous 19 years as the Head Baseball Coach and Assistant Sports Information Director for the Blue Devils. Prior to that, he was the SID/Head Baseball Coach/Recruiting Coordinator at Hilbert College for three years.

He resides in Fredonia with his wife Lori, daughter Danielle, a left-handed pitcher/firstbase, and son Noah, a goaltender for the Buffalo Bisons Hockey Club and an aspiring quarterback/receiver for the modified football team at Fredonia Middle School.
