The Steele Hall Fieldhouse, which features an indoor track, is home to most varsity teams' practices, Section VI High School track meets and a variety of intramural activities. It also houses in indoor batting cage utilized by the Blue Devil softball and baseball teams. Fredonia State men's and women's basketball teams played there through the end of 2017, whereupon the teams moved home games to Dods Hall. In the summer of 2013, the Fieldhouse was renovated with brand new bleachers, making it the site for graduation ceremonies each May. It is also the location of numerous other activities, including Open House receptions and Activities Night.
