STATEN ISLAND, N.Y -- Talon Rowland ran a 49.08 in the 400m dash that placed him second out of 131 sprinters and also put him at No. 2 on Fredonia State's all-time list at the Ocean Breeze Meet in Staten Island this past weekend. 

Other Top 10 finishers included Jacob Futch in the pole vault (7th, 13-11.32) and the 4x400 relay team in 3:22.84.
