A SUNYAC individual title was enough to earn Cara Pellechia and Cameron Sample the Fredonia State Female and Male Athletes of the Week awards. Pellechia won the outdoor SUNYAC pole vault -- her sixth title overall -- and Sample took the long jump.

Pellechia cleared 3.65m, a new personal best. Sample ranks sixth nationally in the long jump, after his best leap of 7.23m.
