FREDONIA, N.Y. -- With the game tied 0-0, Oneonta's Tommy Kliampas scored with 59 seconds left to give the visiting Red Dragons a 1-0 win over the Fredonia State men's soccer team on Saturday.
Kliampas was assisted by Luigi Prosperi.
There was no score at the half. Oneonta held an 11-2 advantage in shots on goal, but could not solve
Thomas McDonald to that point. For the game, Oneonta led 17-3 in shots on goal, as McDonald finished with 16 saves.
Oneonta's James Cintron made three saves to earn the shutout.
Fredonia State drops to 2-3 in the conference and 5-5-3 overall. Oneonta now stands at 3-1-1 and 8-3-2 overall.
