Devils dominate in 4-0 win

FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Katie Sellers collected her fourth career hatrick as the Fredonia Sate women's soccer team cruised to a 4-0 home victory over Morrisville on Wednesday afternoon. Jenna Hewitt added the Devils' other goal.

For Sellers, it was the second hatrick of the season and she now has 11 goals. Gabby Irwin assisted on one of Sellers' scores for her team-leading eighth of the season.

Sellers scored twice in the first half, coming in the 15th and 21st minutes. Grace Auer assisted on the first score, and Bronwyn Madden on the second goal.

Hewitt's goal came five minutes into the second half as she ripped a shot from just beyond the goal box over the goaltender's head. It was unassisted.

Sellers wrapped up the scoring with a re-direct off a pass by Irwin.

Abby Szymkowiak picked up her sixth shutout of the season, facing only one shot on goal.

The Devils' final SUNYAC game takes place at home on Saturday. It will be the team's Senior Day as they take on Oneonta in a game with major post-season implications.
