CORTLAND, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State hockey team dropped an 8-1 game at Cortland on Friday. David Sudbrink accounted for the team's only goal.

After taking a 2-0 lead after one period, the Cortland offense began to feel it oats and extended the lead to 5-0 before Sudbrink found net with four minutes left in the second period.Johnny Aonso assisted.

The Devils (5-10-0 / 7-16-0) have one last game -- 7 p.m. Saturday vs. Oswego --  to prepare for their SUNYAC playoff game on Wednesday.
