NEW PALTZ, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State women's basketball team fell to a red hot New Paltz squad on Saturday. The Hawks improved to 12-0 in the SUNYAC with a 69-25 victory. The Devil offense had trouble gaining any first-half momentum, falling behind early.
Sarah Seaman used a pair of threes to get her team-high six points.
Amber Louis added five points and four steals.
Mary Culeton led the Devils with five rebounds, two blocks, and to assists.
Lexi Van Vorst and Maddie Gilis each had a game-high 11 points.
The Devils head home for a big rivalry game against Buffalo State next Saturday. Gametime is 2 p.m. sharp.
