Gabby Alston scored her team-leading fifth goal in the 75th minute to put the Devils on the scoreboard.

The Devils did their best to force the issue, outshooting Allegheny 16-9, including 7-4 in shots on goal.Â
Sabrina Suriani made two saves and gave up both goals in taking the loss in net. Gabby Culotta made five saves in goal for Gators.
Fredonia falls to 5-2-1, while the Gators improve to 2-5-0.
The team returns to action on Saturday when the Devils play host to Buffalo State to open conference play.
