MEADVILLE, Pa. -- The Fredonia State men's soccer team collected another 1-0 win -- its third of the season -- at Allegheny College on Saturday. The win pushes the Devils' record to 4-2-0 on the season, with both losses coming in 1-0 games.

Matt Cullen struck at 19:06 into the game with an assist from Sam Wagner. It was Cullen's second goal of the season. 

"It's was a good win and one in which we learned a few lessons." said head coach P.J. Gondek. "We could have sealed victory with a few more goals but they didn't come and we did enough to keep them off the scoreboard. We had to grind it out and we did."

The Devils led in shots, 16-14, and shots on goal, 9-4.

Kyle Pezzulo made four saves for the shutout. Allegheny netminder Jack Barron-Sluga made eight stops. The Gators fall to 3-3.

The Devils head to Alfred University on Tuesday.
