NEW PALTZ, N.Y. -- New Paltz escaped with a 74-70 victory vs. Fredonia on Saturday. After a see-saw first half, the Devils trailed the entire second half, but pulled within two points in the closing seconds.

Mark Morgan nailed a three pointer to make it a 72-70 game. New Paltz converted a pair of free throws before the final buzzer to preserve the win.
Bediako Nyasa led Fredonia with 15 points, and
Isaiah Ice added 11.
Tristan Wisseman was one of four Hawks to score in double digits, leading all scorers with 24 points. New Paltz improves to 8-7 in the SUNYAC, and 13-9 overall.
The Devils (1-16 / 2-22) wrap up the season Tuesday at Buffalo State.
