BOXSCORE BROCKPORT, N.Y. -- Sernior Kaitlin Orcutt's (West Seneca/West Seneca West) 17 kills propelled the Fredonia State volleyball team to a 3-0 sweep over Brockport in the first day of SUNYAC Pool Play on Friday.

Freshman Sara Madison (Rochester/Penfield) added nine kills as the Devils took the sets by scores of 26-24, 25-16 and 25-14.

Sophomores Kelly Edinger (Rochester/Greece Athena) had 31 assists and Brittney Kelley (North Tonawanda/Niagara Wheatfield) had 15 digs, while Paulina Rein (Baldwinsville) had 13 digs. Senior Hannah Manning (Appalachin/Owego) rounded out the stat sheet with three blocks.

The Devils (10-6 overall, 1-0 SUNAYC) take on Buffalo State and New Paltz tomorrow afternoon to complete the first round of pool play.
